The Shop at Phipps Return Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop at The Shop at Phipps. We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent service. Please review our return policy below:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must be made in person at The Shop at Phipps, including those purchased online.
All items must be returned in their original condition with their respective packaging.
Customer must present receipt at the time of return.
Exchanges for size are permitted within the 30-day return period, provided the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Jewelry and plants are non-refundable. Please choose these items carefully as they cannot be returned for a refund.
