What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must be made in person at The Shop at Phipps, including those purchased online.
All items must be returned in their original condition with their respective packaging.
Customer must present receipt at the time of return.
Exchanges for size are permitted within the 30-day return period, provided the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Jewelry and plants are non-refundable. Please choose these items carefully as they cannot be returned for a refund.

I am a member, how do I get my discount?To get your discount, use the email and password associated with your membership to log in. Your discount will be applied automatically.
Where can I pick up my purchase?You can pick up your online purchase during our operating hours.
I don't see an item that I want listed on the website. Can I still order it?If there is a product you want to purchase but you don't see it listed, just give us a call and we may be able to ship it to you. Not all of our products are available online. We do not ship plants or any items on consignment.
